SaberAdsPrivacy Policy

SaberAds ("we") is a service of Mahardika Sentosa Eksplorasi, a private tool our agency uses to manage Meta advertising for our clients. This page explains what data the tool handles, why, and how you can have it removed.
Data from Meta
When a client connects a Meta ad account, we use the Meta Marketing API to read and manage that account's campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, Pages, Pixels and performance figures (spend, results, cost per result). We only use this to run and report on the client's own advertising. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
Website conversion events
A client may add our tracking script to their website to count events such as registrations and top-ups.
For each event we receive the page address, the event name and value, the visitor's IP address and browser
user agent, and Meta's own browser cookies (_fbp, _fbc) when present. We pass these to
that client's Meta Pixel through the Meta Conversions API so the client's ads can be measured. We do not collect
names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details.
Who else processes data
- Meta Platforms - to run the ads and receive conversion events.
- Anthropic - campaign performance figures are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce written recommendations. Website visitor data is not sent.
- Telegram - alert messages about ads (for example "ad rejected") are sent to Telegram groups the client chooses.
We do not sell data or use it for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Ad account data and conversion events are kept while the client uses SaberAds. Daily backups are kept for 14 days. When a client stops using SaberAds, their data is deleted.
Security
The app is invitation only and can be reached only from approved IP addresses. Connections use HTTPS.
